My Journey From Brokenness to Breakthrough

Life has a way of breaking us down before we ever get the chance to build ourselves up. I know this because I’ve lived it.

I’ve walked through the shadows of childhood trauma, carrying wounds that no child should bare. I’ve faced the heartbreak of toxic relationships, emotional abuse, and divorce—left picking up the pieces while trying to raise children with four different fathers, wondering if I was enough. My family has battled addiction, seeking an escape from pain, and endured the unimaginable reality of sexual assault. I know what it feels like to stand in a courtroom, fighting for freedom, and for my very sense of worth. I’ve wrestled with the weight of suicidal thoughts and even failed attempts, questioning if my existence even mattered.

For years, I searched for validation—something or someone to tell me I was worthy, that I was more than my past, more than my mistakes. But no person, no substance, no relationship could fill the void that only true healing could reach.

That’s why I’m here today—to show you that healing is possible. That transformation is possible. That your story is not over.

Through my journey, I discovered not only how to survive but how to reclaim my power, my faith, and my future. I learned how to break free from the strongholds of trauma, addiction, and toxic cycles. And now, I help others do the same.

If you're tired of feeling stuck, broken, or defined by your past, I invite you to take this journey with me. I don’t just offer coaching—I offer a path to healing, empowerment, and purpose. You are more than what happened to you. You are more than your pain.
